Description:
Senior Director, Federal Policy and ReimbursementLead development of policy and reimbursement strategies, translate complex policy changes, shape company positions and responses to proposed/final rules, guidance, and sub-regulatory memorandums.Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in public policy, healthcare policy, law, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead development of policy and reimbursement strategies that anticipate evolving regulatory and payer landscapes across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and integrated delivery systems.
• Translate complex policy changes (e.g., coverage criteria, coding/payment updates, inflationary policies, price negotiations, step therapy, prior authorization) into actionable business implications for brand teams.
• Shape company positions and responses to proposed/final rules, guidance, and sub-regulatory memorandums.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in public policy, healthcare policy, law, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to convey complex and changing legislation, regulations, and their impact to internal and external stakeholders.
