Description:
Carta connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software, purpose-built for everyone in venture capital, private equity, and private credit.Develop and execute PR strategies that amplify Carta's position as the ERP for private capital in partnership with PR agencies (US, EU, and AMEA).8+ years of experience in B2B PR and Communications, with at least 3 years in-house.
Responsibilities:
• Co-create and drive strategic communications to elevate Carta's global market presence.
• Oversee PR agencies and speaking consultants to maximize impact.
• Tell Carta's innovation story with purpose and precision.
• Manage internal communications in partnership with the People team, the Office of the CMO, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead integrated PR campaigns that highlight Carta's business momentum.
• Amplify strategic partnerships to expand Carta's influence.
Qualifications:
• Strong relationships with tech and business press (private equity and private credit are a plus).
• Ability to bring people along in planning and act as a team unifier.
• Comfort and agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overseeing a public relations agency.
• Understanding of how marketing subfunctions come together to create impact.
