Description:
Lead and scale enterprise-wide employee programs that drive engagement, performance, and operational alignment across multiple brands and locations.Support the strategy, structure, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide employee programs across multiple business units. Enforce clear program objectives, KPIs, participation targets, and success metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field. 5–7+ years of progressive experience in program management, internal communications, employee engagement strategy, or operational campaign leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Support the strategy, structure, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide employee programs across multiple business units.
• Enforce clear program objectives, KPIs, participation targets, and success metrics.
• Act as the single point of accountability for program performance, awareness, and operational execution.
• Proactively identify risks, adoption gaps, and participation barriers, implementing corrective strategies.
• Develop comprehensive internal campaign strategies that drive awareness, understanding, and action.
• Translate business objectives, operational initiatives, and financial metrics into compelling, employee-facing messaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in program management, internal communications, employee engagement strategy, or operational campaign leadership.
• Proven success owning enterprise initiatives end-to-end, including measurable business outcomes.
• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
• Strong executive communication and influence skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build reporting structures and use data to inform strategic decisions.
