Description:
Director, State Affairs & PolicyDevelop and implement state public policy and legislative strategies aligned with Organon’s priorities, Represent Organon before state legislators, executive branch officials, regulators, and key external stakeholders, Manage state-level advocacy across multiple regions, with flexibility based on business needs, Oversee external consultants, policy initiatives, budgets, and political engagement programs, Ensure compliance with all state lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance requirements, Represent Organon in trade associations and external coalitionsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, 10+ years of experience in state government affairs or health policy, including 5+ years in biopharma, Proven success developing and executing state legislative and advocacy strategies, Strong understanding of state healthcare policy, coverage, and reimbursement, Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
