Description:
Lead and execute internal and external communications strategy for Global Business Services (GBS) organization.Create, direct, and implement integrated messaging and communication plans and strategies that effectively engage internal GBS and AECOM audiences.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead global communication strategy development for GBS, aligned to enterprise goals and business outcomes.
• Translate complex business objectives into clear, compelling messaging that supports organizational alignment and business outcomes.
• Ensure communication strategies are inclusive, transparent, and measurable.
• Assume accountability for communication plans, including deliverables, and oversee execution of content to plan.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years' experience in corporate communications, preferably in a global shared service, GBS, or multinational organization, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity within a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in leading internal and executive communications in complex, matrixed environments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of change management and employee engagement principles.
