Description:
We are looking for a culturally connected leader to build [solidcore]’s presence at the intersection of fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.Develop and execute a social-first content ecosystem, build and scale a dynamic creator and influencer strategy and ecosystem, develop and execute platform-specific strategies that maximize organic reach and engagement.8-10+ years in social media, content strategy, and influencer marketing with demonstrated leadership experience; background in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a social-first content ecosystem, building streamlined capabilities that enable rapid content creation and deployment
• Build and scale a dynamic creator and influencer strategy and ecosystem that authentically connects [solidcore] to adjacent lifestyle spaces and establishes our role in culture
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies that maximize organic reach and engagement across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Qualifications:
• Team Leader – experience managing teams and agency partners with a coaching mindset, understanding that everyone at [solidcore] is working towards the same goal
• Relationship Builder – skilled at cultivating relationships with internal partners, creators, influencers, and agency partners, building trust and inspiring collaboration
• Data-Driven Decision Maker – balance creative intuition with performance metrics, informed by social listening, analytics, and cultural insights
