Description:
Develop and manage relationships with US Executive Branch departments and agencies, as well as Congress.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders across the US Government’s Executive and Legislative Branches, specifically within the Department of Energy and Department of Defense, Identify and pursue relevant US Government initiatives, programs, and partnerships that would bring strategic value to Last Energy’s business goals, Manage and liaise with lobbyists, consultants, and trade associations, Monitor, track, and analyze proposed legislation and administrative actions, assess the potential impact on the company, and formulate appropriate responses, Provide regular briefings to US Government stakeholders on Last Energy developments and manage government officials’ visits to company facilities and events, Regularly attend events in the Washington, DC metro area at federal government departments and agencies, on Capitol Hill, or where key US Government stakeholders will be in attendance, Develop and deploy grassroots lobbying tactics to support Last Energy’s public policy objectives, Other duties as assignedLast Energy offers full-time employees medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) options, and PTO.
