Description:
Support Exelon's partnerships and programs with educational and nonprofit organizations.Support signature employee engagement programs, promote employee philanthropy programs, assist in the development, monitoring and tracking of Exelon's educational program initiatives, assist with administrative duties related to departmental programs and events, and develop and maintain relationships with educational, nonprofit and cultural community partners.Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience or, in lieu of degree, 3–6 years of relevant work experience, passion for Exelon's corporate relations mission and giving programs, interest and/or knowledge of the nonprofit community, interest and/or knowledge of Exelon's STEM and trades-focused educational programs, proficiency in standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent writing, organizational and public-speaking skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, be results-oriented, and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and, at times, under limited direction, proven ability to work independently and within a team, strong relationship-building skills.
