Description:
The Director, Compliance plays a critical leadership role in advancing the effectiveness of GMR’s Compliance Program.Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen and evolve the GMR Compliance Program, including ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness.Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in Healthcare Compliance or related field, or Juris Doctor, preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen and evolve the GMR Compliance Program, including ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and implement targeted action plans.
• Serve as a primary compliance resource for business partners across the organization.
• Prepare compliance reports and materials for senior leadership and compliance committees.
• Oversee responses to inquiries from federal, state, and other regulatory agencies.
• Lead and manage internal compliance reviews, audits, and investigations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Compliance or related field, or Juris Doctor, preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (e.g., healthcare, legal, EMS, compliance).
