Description:
Join an award-winning team as a Social Media Community Manager. Engage in positive news, share relevant information, and respond to customer inquiries on various channels.Monitor social media mission control, develop and execute social media strategies, write content, and analyze data to provide effective social media results.2-4 years of experience in community management, professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools, and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in positive news and share relevant information, content, and links.
• Provide monitoring of our social media mission control, watching for spikes in aggregate social conversation about clients and competitors.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and presentation of social media strategies, plans, content, campaigns, and measurement reports.
• Write strategies, content, posting/publishing, reporting, and analyze data to provide effective social media results.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across established social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter, and act as liaison with the online Customer Care team.
• Identify opportunities for internal process creation and change and implement them.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in community management is preferred.
• Professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (a combination of nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Holidays are recognized with paid time off. Travel may be required.
