Description:
Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with our audience.Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Develop and manage LinkedIn thought leadership content for the CEO and executive leaders.5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and manage LinkedIn thought leadership content for the CEO and executive leaders.
• Create original content, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, and provide regular reports to optimize strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve performance.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights), and project management systems (e.g., AirTable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
