Description:
Lead a team of regulatory compliance specialists that manage the end-to-end investigation and discovery processes for regulatory correspondences, RMW activities, and manual revisions to identify contributing factors and drive innovative system-wide solutions.Lead a team of regulatory compliance specialists, leverage data to identify areas of operational inefficiency, maintain oversight of compliance investigations, deliver high-impact presentations, actively collaborate with operational departments, and act as liaison between the Company and various regulatory agencies.Undergraduate degree in related field, or other equivalent experience/training, 5 years of related aviation work experience, advanced degree in related field, familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), experience working with contract labor groups.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of regulatory compliance specialists that manage the end-to-end investigation and discovery processes for regulatory correspondences, RMW activities, and manual revisions to identify contributing factors and drive innovative system-wide solutions.
• Leverage data to identify areas of operational inefficiency within existing business operations to validate non-compliances, seek operational improvements, and ensure effectiveness monitoring.
• Maintain oversight of compliance investigations and official responses to regulatory agencies to ensure company standards are maintained.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership on compliance investigative efforts, contributing factors, and system-wide corrective actions.
• Actively collaborate with operational departments regarding investigations, tasks, and operations to define measurable events and design outputs for monitoring compliance and ensuring operational capabilities meet regulatory standards.
• Act as liaison between the Company and various regulatory agencies such as the FAA, DOT, TSA, and EPA.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in related field, or other equivalent experience/training.
• 5 years of related aviation work experience.
• Advanced degree in related field.
• Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
• Experience working with contract labor groups strongly preferred.
