Description:
Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases.Develop and lead the global scientific communications strategy for DMD aligned with program and corporate objectivesDoctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 12+ years of experience with a focus on rare diseases, neuromuscular experience, or related discipline
Responsibilities:
• Develop and ensure the execution of a long-term strategic publication plan
• Assist in developing Dyne’s overall congress strategy and presence
• Plan and execute global medical communications initiatives
• Serve as strategic advisor to cross-functional teams on scientific messaging and data interpretation
• Manage agency partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality outputs
• Manage budgets and resources to support long-term planning and execution
Qualifications:
• Analytical skills, with a track record of delivering against goals while working in high performing, diverse teams
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively in highly matrixed organizations where influencing skills are critical to day-to-day success
• Experience in building strong and effective relationships with thought leaders
• Experience in managing vendor partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Launch experience preferred
