Senator Chris Van Hollen's office seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to perform a broad range of administrative support to the Scheduler and Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited to, reviewing and processing scheduling requests, compiling and organizing support for the Senator’s engagements/events, assisting with room reservations, and administrative support in the Capitol Hill office. Candidates must be detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable to a rapidly changing schedule, and have the ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment with discretion.
