The Office of Congresswoman Kathy Castor (FL 14) is hiring a full-time Scheduler in her Washington, DC office.

Responding to all incoming meeting, event, and scheduling requests; Arranging all travel for the Member; Communicating key information and scheduling changes to the Member, staff, and affected stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner; Working with the legislative team to ensure the Congresswoman has all relevant briefing materials for meetings, hearings and DC events; Managing the Staff Assistant and daily operations of the front office, supporting the Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent in overseeing the internship program; Assisting the Chief of Staff with office operations and liaising with the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent's Office, and Tech Partners Program to ensure regular office maintenance/technology assistance as necessary; Occasionally acting as the Member's driver while the Member is in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have excellent interpersonal skills, be a problem solver and be comfortable working in a team environment.
