Republican Senator is seeking a Creative Director & New Media Strategist to lead their creative vision and digital strategy across Washington, D.C., and home state. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and digital strategist who can produce engaging content, grow audiences, and shape public conversation.

include: • Lead digital media strategy across all social platforms. • Oversee creative direction for video, photography, graphics, branding, and digital outreach. • Produce content highlighting legislative priorities, events, and constituent engagement. • Identify trends and technologies to strengthen digital communications. • Collaborate with communications, legislative, and state teams on messaging. • Create rapid-response content for breaking news and key moments. • Use analytics to refine content strategy.

Experience in political communications, digital media, journalism, marketing, or content creation. • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Strong knowledge of social media, audience growth, and analytics. • Experience managing creative projects from concept to execution. • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Photography, videography, graphic design, or video editing experience preferred. • Hill experience is a plus.
