Description:
Congressman Mike Quigley seeks a motivated, paid Communications Intern for the Spring 2027 semester.
Responsibilities:
Compiling daily press clips and tracking press hits for the Congressman Editing the office website, including uploading newsletters and press releases Managing the front office, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and conducting Capitol tours Updating the Congressman’s YouTube channel and other social media Copy-editing various written materials
Qualifications:
Exceptional writing and editing skills At least one semester of internship or school experience in communications, politics, journalism, digital, or writing Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently Interest in political communications and Congress!
