Description:
The Congresswoman’s Science, Space and Technology Committee in addition to a broad portfolio of issues, including: AI, data privacy and consumer protection concerns associated with emerging technologies; youth online safety; telecom and broadband connectivity; and more.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic legislative priorities, preparing and staffing the Member for committee hearings and markups, drafting talking points and speeches, fostering relationships with constituents and key stakeholders, planning policy related events, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Relevant legislative and/or policy experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and strong attention to detail.
