Congressman Frank Pallone seeks a Legislative Director in his Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities:
Advise the Member on all legislative policy areas and manage the legislative staff. Partner with the Member and staff to develop legislative strategy and advance policy priorities through the legislative process. Track legislation affecting the district and legislation in which the Member is a principal sponsor. Monitor Floor action and make vote recommendations to the Member and the Chief of Staff. Develop, submit and track appropriations requests, including Community Project Funding.
