Description:
Rep. Suzan DelBene seeks an experienced Senior Policy Advisor to lead the health care portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Member's health care portfolio and other assigned issue areas, Providing strategic policy advice and developing legislative initiatives, Staffing the Member for committee, floor, and stakeholder engagements, Monitoring legislative developments and identifying opportunities to advance priorities, Drafting memos, talking points, and constituent correspondence, Representing the office in meetings, briefings, and at events
Qualifications:
At least three years of experience handling health care policy, Strong communication and analytical skills, Relevant legislative experience, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
