Description:
Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz seeks an organized and motivated self-starter to serve as Legislative Correspondent in her fast-paced Washington, D.C. office.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the constituent management system, including sorting incoming messages and timely responses. Research and draft constituent mail with attention to detail to ensure clear and accurate communication across all issue areas. Maintain an organized constituent management system. Process and validate incoming data from multiple sources. Track metrics; produce weekly, quarterly, and annual reports for the mail program and the Legislative Team more broadly. Assist the Legislative Team and the DC Office with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills are essential. Familiarity with IQ is strongly preferred. Previous Hill experience is required. Florida ties are preferred.
