Description:
For over 31 years, LGBTQ Victory Fund and LGBTQ Victory Institute have helped to train, support and elect thousands of out LGBTQ elected officials at every level of government.Manage the endorsement process of the Victory Fund for assigned region/states. Oversee and research applicant campaigns, prepare briefs on races for the VP of Political Programs and Victory Campaign Board and make recommendations for endorsement.Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, plus two to five years of significant campaign experience, ideally with some portion of that time spent at a large PAC, statewide organization, party committee, or candidate’s campaign; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
