Description:
The Recoding America Fund (RAF) is hiring a Head of Strategic Communications to build an engine of storytelling and case-making for state capacity reform.Develop and execute a field-level narrative strategy, build and maintain a pipeline of untold stories, experiment with approaches to reaching broader audiences, work with RAF's state and federal teams to develop compelling written products, and track and assess the impact of narrative efforts.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field, 5+ years of experience in communications, narrative development, and storytelling, and experience working with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
