Description:
Director of Government AffairsManage legislative issues across relevant U.S. states, including lobbying efforts, testimony preparation, and alignment with key stakeholders across the supply chain. Prepare bi-weekly updates and monthly federal policy summaries for internal stakeholders. Maintain the advocacy library with regulatory references, policy materials, and filings. Support participation in industry events such as FDLI, TSRC, GTNF, and ATNF, including preparing post-event summaries. Contribute to advocacy materials and coordinate closely with communications and legal teams. Assist with project planning, budget tracking, and expense reporting across workstreams.3–5 years of experience with exposure to policy and advocacy, government affairs and managing key stakeholder relationships. Solid understanding of federal and state legislative and processes. Strong research and writing skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear insights. Experience monitoring statutory developments and assessing business impact. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
