Description:
Drive strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to drive strategic objectives.Manage day-to-day operations of several ongoing cross-functional initiatives/projects. Use advanced understanding of data sources to translate insights into action.6+ years’ relevant marketing experience or MBA with 3+ years’ relevant marketing experience. Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience required.
Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to drive strategic objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of several ongoing cross-functional initiatives/projects.
• Use advanced understanding of data sources to translate insights into action.
• Work with Wonderful’s in-house creative agency to define creative, media, and PR strategies, providing direction for our marketing/creative campaigns related to new product launches.
• Develop integrated, multi-media marketing creative briefs and manage integrated campaigns.
• Responsible for annual campaign media plans (TV, digital, social, etc.) ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective execution.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years’ relevant marketing experience or MBA with 3+ years’ relevant marketing experience.
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience required.
• Experience in international markets a plus.
• Understanding of the following areas: eCommerce, packaging, advertising, promotions, merchandising, media, social media, point-of-sale marketing.
• Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI or ACNielsen.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
