Description:
Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to foster employee engagement, align teams with company goals, and strengthen organizational culture.Develop and execute a strategic internal communication plan, implement and participate in the design of communication programs, ensure the accuracy of information distributed, and craft compelling content for internal platforms.Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field, 5+ years of internal corporate communications experience, exceptional written communication skills, experience with media relations, external communications, or public relations strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic internal communication plan that supports The Fresh Market's mission, vision, and values
• Implement and participate in the design of communication programs that support organizational objectives and comply with regulations
• Ensure the accuracy of information distributed and uphold standards using quality processes
• Craft compelling content for internal platforms, including emails, newsletters, presentations, digital, and print
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
• 5+ years of internal corporate communications experience
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Experience with media relations, external communications, or public relations strategy
