Description:
Families USA is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to provide data-driven expertise and strategic analysis to advance our health policy priorities, including Medicaid and health coverage, health care value and affordability, and health equity.Key Responsibilities: Medicaid policy expertise, Policy strategy development, Project leadership, Legislative and regulatory monitoring, Research and analysis, Written product development, Cross-team collaboration, External representation, Thought leadership, Conference support.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in health policy, public health, health economics, public policy, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in policy research and writing.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of six years of experience in health policy, public health, health economics, public policy, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in policy research and writing
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in public health, public policy, or a related field preferred
• JD will also be strongly considered
