Description:
Provide research, analytical, and operational support to the Infrastructure team’s Housing portfolio.Analytical and operational support, Grants and investment management, Partner and stakeholder coordination, Materials development, Policy tracking and analysis, Team participation, Background researchBachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of experience in a related field, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to analyze problems, assess potential solutions, and articulate tradeoffs, Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical and operational support for the Infrastructure team’s funding initiatives
• Manage grants and investments, track progress and impact, and draw lessons from the investments to inform strategic priorities and the development of future investments
• Coordinate and actively contribute to meetings with partners and stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and grantees
• Develop materials for Arnold Ventures’ Board, Executive Vice President of Infrastructure, and other individuals in collaboration with team members
• Support tracking, analyzing, and summarizing policy developments, external events, research and policy papers, and the environment related to the team’s focus areas
• Actively participate in team meetings regarding projects, suggesting new internal initiatives, and brainstorming areas for improvement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems, assess potential solutions, and articulate tradeoffs
• Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills
