Description:
The Universities at Shady Grove, located in Rockville, Maryland, brings together nearly 80 undergraduate and graduate degree programs from nine Maryland public universities on one convenient campus in Montgomery County.Develops and implements social media campaigns to support organizational communications and objectives.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. One (1) year of experience with social media, digital media, communications, marketing, or revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements social media campaigns to support organizational communications and objectives.
• Creates, writes, develops, implements, and manages content across social media platforms, additional platforms as deemed applicable, and on the website (as needed).
• Utilizes content management tools and scheduling platforms for multi-platform posting.
• Adapts voice, tone, and messaging to different target audiences.
• Fosters collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• One (1) year of experience with social media, digital media, communications, marketing, or revenue generation.
