Description:
The Blueprint Strategy Group is seeking an Associate to join our team. This role sits at the center of client delivery, combining policy awareness, project management discipline, and high-touch client service.Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client engagement logistics and materials management, Support client teams in developing and executing work plans, Draft and refine client-ready materials, Track, analyze, and synthesize legislative and regulatory activity relevant to client prioritiesStrong research and analytical skills, with an ability to collect and interpret data, Proficient in preparing strategic plans, creating reports, and delivering presentations, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client engagement logistics and materials management • Support client teams in developing and executing work plans • Draft and refine client-ready materials • Track, analyze, and synthesize legislative and regulatory activity relevant to client priorities • Manage workflows across multiple projects, maintaining clear visibility into progress and next steps • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
• Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to collect and interpret data • Proficient in preparing strategic plans, creating reports, and delivering presentations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
