Description:
Democratic Senator is seeking a fall legal fellow to work on their legislative team. This is a full-time position, based in Washington, D.C, and applicants must either be currently enrolled in an accredited JD program or have recently received a JD from an accredited program.
Primary
Responsibilities:
include supporting senior legislative and oversight staff in developing legislative proposals, working with constituents and stakeholders, tracking legislation, drafting oversight letters, and participating in investigations. Strong candidates will have exceptional writing and analytical skills and a demonstrated interest in legislation and oversight related to antitrust, consumer protection, anti-corruption, healthcare, labor, economy, tax, and/or trade.
