The Office of U.S. Senator Gary Peters seeks multiple highly motivated, detail oriented and resourceful Legislative Correspondents in the Washington, D.C. office.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties include processing and responding to constituent mail, conducting research, providing legislative assistance, drafting memos, and meeting with constituents and stakeholders. This position will support foreign policy, national security, and domestic policy teams.
Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, communication, organizational skills and professionalism are necessary. Michigan ties, previous Hill experience, proficiency in IQ, and a public policy background are preferred.
