Responsibilities include drafting and editing press releases, statements, newsletters, social media content, talking points, and other communications materials; working with the Communications Director to engage state media; managing the Senator’s official website; and helping execute a dynamic social media and podcast strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of communications experience. Capitol Hill experience and knowledge of the legislative process are preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Grabien is required. This is not an entry-level position.
