The Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee seeks a climate policy advisor.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should have a deep background in carbon pricing, carbon tariffs, and other market-based climate policies. Comprehensive understanding of the European Union carbon border adjustment mechanism as well as other international carbon pricing policies is strongly desired. Candidates should have at least seven years of work experience; previous Hill or administration experience is a plus. Candidates should be strong writers, entrepreneurial, and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
