Senator Merkley’s Washington DC office seeks a Legislative Correspondent to draft quality constituent letters within a deadline-driven system. Other
Responsibilities:
include policy research, legislative work, and scheduling support for a Policy Advisor. This position requires excellent communications and organization skills. This portfolio handles labor, housing, immigration, social services, and criminal justice. Qualified candidates should be motivated self-starters, highly organized, demonstrated strong writers, able to multitask, familiar with data entry, and eager to join a mission-oriented team that thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team-oriented environment.
