Description:
Senate Budget Committee Democratic staff seeks a law clerk for Summer 2026 from May – August with flexible start dates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, an interest in the legislative process, and a commitment to public service. The position is paid and in-person.
Responsibilities:
Law clerks will conduct legal research, draft memos, support oversight and investigative work, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants must either be current students or recent graduates from an accredited JD program.
