Description:
Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) seeks a Legislative Assistant to handle economic policy issues, including Small Business, Housing, Tax, and Banking.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include advancing the Senator’s economic policy agenda, advising the Senator on policy matters before the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, drafting questions for committee hearings, developing and advancing legislation, providing vote recommendations on issues within the assigned policy portfolio, and representing the Senator in meetings with constituents and advocates. Capitol Hill experience is required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in economic, small business, and housing policy. Western ties are a plus.
