Liberty Minded Republican Senator seeks an Economist. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of budgetary and economic issues as well as a general breadth of knowledge on the Senator’s priorities and Senate procedure. Prior Senate or House experience writing Congressional budget resolutions is strongly preferred. Must be a strong writer, researcher, and display the ability to think critically and outside the box. This is not an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include staffing and briefing the Senator on relevant topics and drafting amendments, legislation, and budgetary proposals.
