Senator Patty Murray is accepting applications for a paid, full-time communications internship for the summer semester. State ties are a plus, and the internship will start at the end of May and end in August.
Responsibilities:
Communications interns work closely with the communications team and help compile daily press clips, closely follow the news, draft press releases and other materials, and work on a variety of other projects.
Qualifications:
Strong candidates are self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, have strong writing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
